Plugin bình luận trên record — cho phép người dùng thảo luận, bình luận và trao đổi trực tiếp trên từng bản ghi (record) trong collection.

Plugin này làm gì?

Thay vì phải gửi email hoặc chat riêng khi cần trao đổi về một record (đơn hàng, ticket, task...), plugin bổ sung phần bình luận ngay bên trong detail view. Người dùng có thể viết comment, mention đồng nghiệp, đính kèm file và xem lịch sử thảo luận.
